Refund and Exchange Timeframe

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Any Electrical gadget purchase from the store is subjected to 7-days return policy. This means, you have to test the product and detect any fault with it within 7days.

    Any issue after 7days, might incur a repair cost from your end.


Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (usually sent to your email).
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds (sale items are non-refundable).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at 080.

Shipping for Returns

  • Do not send the product back to the manufacturer. Items must be sent to Shop 
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
